A generous collaborator, Justin takes a free and detailed approach to crafting unique visual languages for each project, tailoring the image to embody what’s important to the director and the story being told. This has resulted in a diverse body of work that ranges from naturalistically understated to experimentally groundbreaking, with a focus on nuanced emotional storytelling. His credits include THE HARDY BOYS Season 3 on Hulu, Emmy nominated AppleTV+ series CIRCUIT BREAKERS and GHOSTWRITER Season 3, and feature film RUN WOMAN RUN with director Zoe Leigh Hopkins, which won Best Film at AIFF and Best Feature at the 2022 Vancouver International Women’s Film Festival. His short film TERMINALLY IN LOVE, for which he was co-director and DP, was selected for Telefilm’s Not Short on Talent showcase at the Cannes Film Festival and won Best Short Film at the Canadian Film Festival.
Justin received a Bachelor of Arts from the RTA School of Media at Ryerson University. He is a member of the IATSE 667 International Cinematographers Guild, and an Associate Member of the Canadian Society of Cinematographers.
